Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag wants to keep Marcel Sabitzer on loan at Old Trafford for the long term. This is from a report by ESPN out. Shortly before the end of the winter transfer window, FC Bayern loaned the Austrian to the Red Devils for six months after their playmaker Christian Eriksen was seriously injured and will be out for several months.

Sabitzer’s contract in Munich runs until 2025. In the summer, both parties would have to sit down again at the negotiating table if United wanted to sign the 68-time Austrian national player on a long-term basis.

Sabitzer has made three appearances since moving to the Premier League, and he has yet to score a goal in United dress.

Lothar Matthäus has criticized Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann for his statements after the 3-0 win over VfL Bochum. “Maybe Julian could have done it a little more cleverly and roused the players internally in the dressing room,” the 61-year-old practiced on the show Sky90 Criticism of the FCB coach.
