FC Bayern is apparently planning to attack Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic. As the picture-Zeitung reports that talks about a possible cooperation will be held at the beginning of this week.
Especially in the end of the season, the 24-year-old is said to have convinced the Bayern bosses of his quality. At Munich, the Austrian could succeed Robert Lewandowski, who was willing to emigrate.
According to VfB sports director Sven Mislintat, however, the German record champions have not yet contacted Kalajdzic about signing him.
“There was no call from Bayern,” said sports director Mislintat on Sunday sky. “If he comes then, I decide whether I lose weight or not.” Just like Lewandowski, Kalajdzic is also tied until 2023, but he allegedly turned down an initial offer to extend the contract. “We are also talking to him about an extension,” stressed Mislintat.
Next to FC Bayern are noisy table football Newcastle United, Benfica and Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in signing. The transfer fee is 25 million euros.
