In order to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur, FC Bayern would apparently be willing to break the 100 million euro mark. This is reported by the Munich newspaper tz.
The condition is, the report goes on to say, that the parameters between Bayern and the English striker are 100 percent correct. Previously had already table football reported about a first contact of the German record champions with England’s captain.
A deal of 100 million euros or more would be a record transfer for Bayern. The current leader is Lucas Hernández, who came to the Isar from Atletico Madrid in 2019 for 80 million euros.
“These center forwards, who guarantee you 25 or 30 goals like Robert Lewandowski, unfortunately don’t exist like sand by the sea,” said FCB President Herbert Hainer recently on the TV show Sports focus explains and adds: “I don’t think it’s primarily a question of money, the right player has to come onto the market. FC Bayern have always played with a centre-forward.”
Kane has been associated with a move to Munich for weeks. The 29-year-old is under contract with Tottenham until 2024, where he has already scored eight goals in twelve competitive games this season.
