Peter Fischer remains President of Eintracht Frankfurt

Maria KeanePeter Fischer, who has been in office since 2000, has been confirmed as President of Europa League winners Eintracht Frankfurt by a large majority.
At the general meeting on Monday evening, the 66-year-old entrepreneur received 420 yes votes, with 106 no votes and 99 abstentions.
Fischer is entering his eighth term in office, and there was no opposing candidate. He was “incredibly proud and happy about this result,” said the old and new President: “I am aware of the great responsibility, but I feel encouraged to tackle the goals mentioned with my team and the employees.”
