FC Bayern, rumors: Ryan Gravenberch dissatisfied with Julian Nagelsmann?

Ryan Gravenberch is said to be unhappy with Julian Nagelsmann’s communication. He reports that table football. Accordingly, the 20-year-old should not only be disturbed by his current role in the squad, but he should also wish for more discussions and personal exchange with the coach. During the international break, he said for the Netherlands U21s that “if I’m honest, I expected more minutes of the game”.

Nagelsmann commented on this topic at the press conference and above all called for patience: “I always don’t see the whole drama there.” For Gravenberch, it’s all about “which screws he has to turn in order to fit more stably into the structure”. The 35-year-old hinted at the midfielder’s defensive problems. Noisy table football would the player wish for this criticism in a personal conversation.

At the same time, Nagelsmann did not give the impression that he would not discuss such topics with Gravenberch. Communication is important “that the player knows what is required, which areas he does well and which he needs to improve so that he gets more playing time,” said the coach.

Gravenberch could possibly be in the starting XI against Viktoria Pilsen (6.45 p.m. in the live ticker) on Tuesday evening. Nagelsmann indicated at the press conference that the Dutchman and Leon Goretzka could also act together.

FC Bayern, News: Ali Daei is not allowed to leave Iran

Ali Daei has apparently been banned from leaving his home country of Iran. Because the ex-professional of FC Bayern Munich is committed to women’s rights and supports the ongoing protests, he is no longer allowed to leave the country. According to the news agency Rokna the 53-year-old’s passport was confiscated during his return to Iran from Istanbul.

In Iran, people have been protesting for several days. The trigger was the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini, who was arrested by the vice squad for violating the strict Islamic dress code. What happened to her afterwards is still unclear. She fell into a coma and died in a hospital on Friday. Police have denied allegations that violence was used.

Daei is among a number of footballers committed to the movement. Last week, Leverkusen professional Sardar Azmoun wrote on Instagram: “You’re all ashamed of how carelessly people are murdered. Iranian women live a long time.” The post has since been deleted. Ali Karimi had also expressed his support on social networks, which is why his house was confiscated.

FC Bayern, News: Tim Borowski on a nightly conversation with Uli Hoeneß

Tim Borowski spoke about his time at Bayern Munich in the podcast “kicker meets DAZN”. After less than a season with the record champions, the former midfielder wanted to return to Werder Bremen. He contacted Uli Hoeneß late in the evening: “I called him at half past nine and he said: ‘Man Tim, no problem. You know where I live. Then come by.’

Borowski drove to Hoeneß, who then suggested he transfer him to Tottenham for 15 million euros. The native of Neubrandenburg just wanted to go back to Werder. “We talked until 1 or 2 a.m.,” he recalled. A little later he was able to move back to Bremen, where he ended his career in 2012.
