Schlotterbeck like Subotic and Wörns, Süle takes Hoffenheim’s number

Borussia Dortmund have unveiled the shirt numbers of four newcomers. The shirt numbers for Karim Adeyemi, Salih Özcan, Nico Schlotterbeck and Niklas Süle are now clear.

Adeyemi will wear the 27 at BVB in the future, as he did at his former club RB Salzburg. At a children’s press conference at RB Salzburg, the German international explained the meaning of the number: “I chose the number because of my two best friends. My friend has Birthday in February, hence the two and my other in July, hence the seven.”

Nico Schlotterbeck and Niklas Süle both wore shirt number 4 at their last stations.
