Stanisic tears muscle bundles in his thigh

Bayern Munich will have to do without right-back Josip Stanisic for a longer period of time. As the club announced on Thursday, the 21-year-old Croat pulled a muscle bundle in his left thigh during training.

This means that Stanisic will be out “in the coming games”, including the top game at Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.

Stanisic returned to training last week after testing positive for the coronavirus.
