Stefan Ilsanker will probably leave Eintracht Frankfurt

With Stefan Ilsanker, the signs in Frankfurt are goodbye: His contract with Eintracht is no longer to be extended.

In January 2020, Stefan Ilsanker moved from RB Leipzig to Frankfurt for a rumored 500,000 euros. Since then, the 59-time ÖFB team player has played 52 games for the SGE.

Under his compatriot Oliver Glasner, the 32-year-old is no longer seeded this season and can only look back on 148 Bundesliga minutes.

Do you believe that? Sports picture, Ilsanker will leave Eintracht in the summer. Accordingly, his contract will no longer be extended and the Austrian should say goodbye as one of six players.

The catch: If Ilsanker completes 23 games in the current season, his contract will automatically be extended until 2023. If it continues like this, it will not tend to happen – so far, the ex-Salzburg man has only been able to book four missions.

Makoto Hasebe, Danny da Costa, Erik Durm, Aymen Barkok and Goncalo Paciencia should also face the end of the Eintracht.
