Maria KeaneUnion Berlin has signed the German U21 national player Jamie Leweling from Bundesliga relegated SpVgg Greuther Fürth. The offensive player follows his teammate Paul Seguin to the Alte Försterei, the contract period has not been announced by Union.
“In recent years it has been very easy to see that Union is a club where players can develop and get better. For me as a young player, that’s a very important point,” said Leweling (21). “We don’t need to say much about the stadium and the surrounding area. I played here with Fürth just before the end of the season and the atmosphere was overwhelming.”
