After the Corona outbreak at Tottenham Hotspur, the Premier League game planned for Sunday for the Londoners at Brighton & Hove Albion has also been canceled.
As the Spurs announced on Thursday, the decision was made on the advice of medical advisors. The Londoners’ Conference League game scheduled for Thursday had to be canceled at short notice as a result of the corona cases.
Eight players and five coaches from the English club had tested positive, according to team manager Antonio Conte. “The number is growing every day, it is a serious problem,” Conte said on Wednesday.
