Manchester United are said to be fishing for ÖFB midfielder Konrad Laimer

Konrad Laimer from RB Leipzig is undoubtedly in top form at the moment. Now the Austrian could take the next step in his career: Manchester United should show interest in a commitment.

If you believe a report by picture newspaper, Konrad Laimer has become the focus of Manchester United. At the latest since his top performance against Borussia Dortmund, the midfielder is said to have landed on the Red Devils’ wish list.

Unsurprisingly, Manchester United interim coach Ralf Rangnick is a big supporter of Laimer – the German knows the 24-year-old from his time at Red Bull Salzburg. The only thing that is unclear is whether and in what role Rangnick will also be active in Manchester next season.

The contract of the 20-time ÖFB team player ends in Leipzig in the summer of 2023. It is quite possible that a decision will soon be made about Laimer’s future.
