Nketiah shoots Gunners in the League Cup semi-finals

Maria KeaneArsenal FC has solved its compulsory task in the English League Cup quarter-finals and has moved into the round of the last four. The Gunners, who recently got better and better in the Premier League, defeated third division AFC Sunderland 5-1 (2-1).
Edward Nketiah (17th, 49th, 58th) shot the Londoners with a three-pack to a sovereign home win.
At the Gunners, who celebrated their fourth competitive win in a row, Bernd Leno was back in the starting line-up after a long period of time. Nicolas Pepe (27th) had meanwhile increased to 2-0, youngster Charlie Patino (90th + 1) scored on his debut for the final score.
