The former Dortmund-based Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is obviously anything but a role model as the captain of Arsenal FC in terms of discipline. Gunners team manager Mikel Arteta cut the Gabon striker from his squad for the championship game against FC Southampton due to a “discipline violation”.
Apparently, the star striker skipped a training session on Friday.
Instead of the eccentric former Dortmund player, who had violated the discipline requirements again and again at BVB, the French attacker Alexandre Lacazette wore the armband for the Londoners.
Arsenal won the game against Southampton FC 3-0, with Lacazette among the goalscorers.
