The queue of those interested in TSG Hoffenheim legionnaire Florian Grillitsch is getting longer: Premier League club Tottenham should also try to get the Austrian.
The top Serie A clubs AS Roma, SSC Napoli and AC Milan face competition in the race for Florian Grilltisch. As Sky reported, Tottenham has also put out feelers for the 26-year-old. Neo-coach Antonio Conte is looking for reinforcement in the midfield center.
Grillitsch’s contract in Hoffenheim is known to expire in the summer – so the midfielder would be available for a free transfer. “Now I will stay at Hoffenheim for another year, will fulfill my contract and think that I will take the next step in the summer,” said Grillitsch a few weeks ago.
It is quite possible that TSG will still want to earn a transfer fee with Grillitsch. Most recently, sums of 5 to 15 million euros were in circulation. The 33-time team player moved from Werder Bremen to Hoffenheim in the summer of 2017. Since then, he has played 145 games for TSG (8 goals, 11 assists).
