Why Erling Haaland raves about Mario Balotelli

When asked who he would trust with a vital penalty, Erling Haaland named Mario Balotelli.

“I would probably have to take myself as I trust myself a lot,” Haaland said in an interview conducted by former England star Gary Neville Sky Sports: “Or Mario Balotelli, because maybe he was the best I’ve ever seen from the point.

“Do you remember all the ones he did,” Haaland asked his interviewer Neville, adding, “Crazy! He was actually a really good guy.”

Like Haaland currently, Balotelli once wore the Manchester City shirt (2010 to 2013). The 32-year-old Italian is now active at FC Sion in Switzerland.
