What’s next for João Félix in the summer? Chelsea can well imagine a commitment, but Atlético demands a mega fee.
Chelsea FC can, according to the Spanish mark appear to have signed João Félix, currently on loan from Atlético Madrid, on a permanent basis, but have yet to make an official offer to the Rojiblancos.
However, a commitment from Félix, who has fallen out of favor with Atlético coach Diego Simeone, should not be favorable, because the Spaniards do not want to move away from their transfer fee of 100 million euros.
However, Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is said to be a big fan of the Portuguese attacker and willing to negotiate, although he was only partially convincing with two goals in 13 competitive games for the Blues.
Félix has at least nine games left to convince those responsible of a commitment. However, whether a transfer is possible should Chelsea miss out on international business is questionable. In Madrid, the 23-year-old still has a contract until 2027.
