1860 Munich has consolidated its lead in the 3rd division. The lions won their home game against MSV Duisburg 4:1 (4:1). Albion Vrenezi (2nd/31st), Fynn Lakenmacher (12th) and Yannick Deichmann (35th) made things clear after just over half an hour.
860 goalkeeper Marco Hiller (43rd) scored an own goal, he punched a cross from Moritz Stoppelkamp into his own goal. The keeper had previously parried a penalty kick from Stoppelkamp (42nd).
In the chasing duel, SC Freiburg II came to a 1-0 (0-0) against FC Ingolstadt. Lars Kehl (56th) scored the goal of the day for the people of Breisgau. The sixties have 19 points and are three points ahead of Freiburg. Then comes SV Elversberg (15).
Dynamo Dresden, who were relegated to the second division, celebrated their second win in a row with a 3-0 (1-0) win over Borussia Dortmund II and improved to fifth place (12 points). In the Lower Saxony derby, promoted VfB Oldenburg came to a 4:3 (1:2) against VfL Osnabrück and made up for a 1:3 deficit. Waldhof Mannheim prevailed against newly promoted SpVgg Bayreuth with 2:1 (1:1). Hallesche FC defeated SC Verl 5:1 (1:0).
Newcomers Rot-Weiss Essen celebrated their first win of the season on Friday evening. Christoph Dabrowski’s team beat second division relegated Erzgebirge Aue 2-1 (1-1).
