3rd league: Magdeburg consolidates table leadership – Meppen climbs

1. FC Magdeburg has reported back with another three-point after the forced Corona break. The Sachsen-Anhaltiner won against Eintracht Braunschweig on the 17th matchday of the 3rd division with 2-0 (2-0) and extended the table lead with 34 points. Leon Bell Bell (13th) and Baris Atik (26th) ensured clear conditions in favor of FCM at an early stage.
SV Meppen won 3: 1 (1: 1) at the Würzburger Kickers and moved up to second place. Morgan Faßbender (35./86.) And Luka Tankulic (63.) scored the goals for the Emsländer. Tobias Kraulich (25th) had made it 1-0 for Mainfranken.
The third in the table and second division relegated VfL Osnabrück (28 points) has home right against newly promoted SC Freiburg II on Sunday (1:00 p.m.). FC Kaiserslautern played goalless, as did SV Wehen Wiesbaden against SC Verl. 1860 Munich won 3: 2 (2: 0) against promoted TSV Havelse.
