3rd league: Top clubs Elversberg and 1860 Munich stumble

The top clubs SV Elversberg and 1860 Munich stumbled in the 3rd division against two basement children of all things. The leader of the table from Saarland did not get more than 1: 1 (0: 0) at the new tail light Erzgebirge Aue. The lions even lost 0:1 (0:1) at the previous bottom of the table SpVgg Bayreuth.

The Elversbergers were only able to celebrate the 1-0 lead from Luca Schnellbacher (59th) for 85 seconds, then Paul-Philipp Besong (60th) equalized.

Jann George gave newly promoted Bayreuth the lead (41st). Marten Winkler (5th) and Claudio Kammerknecht (32nd) ensured a reassuring 2-0 half-time advantage in Mannheim, Manuel Schäffler reduced the deficit shortly before the end (86th).
