After just seven league games, third division side Türkgücü Munich sacked their coach Peter Hyballa. The club announced on Tuesday.
“The results of the past games as well as the table that had recently developed have moved us to end our common path with Peter Hyballa at this point,” said Managing Director Max Kothny.
The 0: 2 at Eintracht Braunschweig on Saturday was the fourth defeat in a row, Hyballa only had two wins and five bankruptcies. Munich slipped to 16th place in the table and are only two points away from the relegation zone. In addition, Türkgücü was eliminated in the national cup against Aubstadt (1: 3).
“In the coming days we will be thinking intensively about the route for the coming weeks and months in order to be able to present a suitable successor,” said Kothny. Co-trainers Alper Kayabunar and Nicolas Masetzky will take over the training until further notice.
