Maria KeaneTrainer Steffen Baumgart has introduced a catalog of penalties for himself and his coaching team at 1. FC Köln – with one or the other oddity. That goes out of one SportPictureReport.
If Baumgart or one of his assistant coaches sees a yellow card for unsportsmanlike conduct during a game, for example, a keg of Kölsch would be due. Smaller offenses such as left coffee cups or inadequate tidying up of the training area would have to pay sums of between five and 20 euros.
“It’s about certain little things and not about large sums of money. The focus should always be on having fun,” explains Baumgart. The money will be used to finance a joint meal or a joint end-of-season trip with the coaching team.
