Bayern, News: Consultant confirms FCB interest in Chelsea’s mega-talent

Already reported a few days ago SPOX and goal of FC Bayern’s interest in Emran Soglo from Chelsea, now the 16-year-old’s advisors have spoken out and confirmed discussions with the German record champions.

“Yes, we are in talks with Bayern,” said agents Willy Moupoupa and Jack Blouet on the online portal footballtransfers.com quoted. Soglo, who is currently being trained in all offensive midfield positions in Chelsea’s U17, is said to have even participated in a trial training session on the Bayern campus this week.

The decision on whether the teenager will actually move from the youth academy of the reigning Champions League winner to FC Bayern has not yet been made. “There is nothing official to announce. We are also talking to other clubs from Europe. We are looking for the best option at the highest level for Emran’s career,” the two advisors continued.

The list of clubs that should also be interested in Soglo is getting longer and longer. In addition to Bayern, various media reports show that VfB Stuttgart and clubs from France and England are also interested.

FCB, News: Neuer, Müller and Kimmich start in preparation for the season

The last European Championship participants have started their preparations at FC Bayern. On Sunday, Manuel Neuer, Joshua Kimmich and Thomas Müller completed their mandatory performance diagnostics together with keeper Christian Früchtl before starting team training.

Under the direction of Prof. Dr. Holger Broich (Scientific Director & Head of Fitness), the national players went through a course in which, above all, reaction speed, jumping power and endurance were tested.

As early as Monday, the trio can be back on the training ground with their colleagues – and Julian Nagelsmann’s squad is slowly taking shape again. The FCB coach said on Saturday evening after the dress rehearsal before the start of the season against Naples that there were “three key players who are missing”. In Neuer, Kimmich and Müller these will now return in time for the beginning of the last week of preparation.

FCB, News: Nagelsmann worried despite test game failures

In preparation, things are not really going so well for FC Bayern. The German record champions played four test matches, three times (against Cologne, Gladbach and Naples) they lost the field, only a draw was made against Ajax Amsterdam

Coach Julian Nagelsmann still does not want to panic. “No, I’m not worried! In the first half (against Napoli; editor’s note) that was good,” the 34-year-old told picture. “Of course, the goals conceded are annoying, but you can’t rate that one hundred percent because, like the last few weeks, there were a lot of players on the field who will play fewer in the next few weeks.”

With Manuel Neuer, Joshua Kimmich and Thomas Müller, three important players only started training on Monday. On Friday, Bayern will start the new season in the Cup at Bremer SV, and a week later the Bundesliga will kick off in Gladbach.
