BVB is hoping for Haaland to return against Augsburg

Football Borussia Dortmund hopes for a quick return of his injured exceptional striker Erling Haaland. For the weekend’s home game against FC Augsburg (3:30 p.m.), however, it will be tight.

The Norwegian complains of muscular problems, which is why he was absent both last Saturday at Borussia Mönchengladbach (0: 1) and in the Champions League on Tuesday evening against Sporting Lisbon (1: 0).

“We have hope for Saturday, it cannot be ruled out,” said sporting director Michael Zorc after the final whistle, but immediately dampened expectations: “But that will not be decided until Friday, Saturday.”
