FC Bayern set up a digital book of condolences

Maria KeaneBayern Munich launched a digital condolence book on Wednesday for club legend Gerd Müller, who died on Sunday. On the homepage of the German record champions (fcbayern.com/kondolenzbuch-gerd/) fans from all over the world can say goodbye to the “bomber of the nation” in a personal way.
The site is up until September 15, and there is also a condolence visit for visitors to the club museum in the arena.
Franz Beckenbauer, among others, left an appreciation on the homepage.
“Dear Gerd,” writes the “Kaiser”, “You were my roommate and a unique comrade for all of us, on and next to the football field. You gave me the ease I needed as a player. If I ever had concerns, you did wiped them away. There will never be someone like you again. Rest in peace, my friend! Your Franz. “
