Gladbach signs Luca Netz from Hertha BSC

Maria KeaneBundesliga club Borussia Mönchengladbach have signed 18-year-old left-back Luca Netz from league rivals Hertha BSC. The teenager signed a contract that ran until June 30, 2026.
“Luca Netz is a very interesting player who we have been watching for a long time,” said Gladbach’s sporting director Max Eberl, “he is one of the greatest talents in Germany in his position, and we are very happy that he decided to move to Borussia Mönchengladbach Has.”
Netz ran twice for the German U15 national team and played a total of 21 games for the U17 selection of the German Football Association (DFB).
