Hertha BSC sign Dutch Ekkelenkamp

Maria KeaneBundesliga club Hertha BSC have signed the Dutch U21 international Jurgen Ekkelenkamp. The midfielder, who is moving to Berlin from Ajax Amsterdam, signed a contract until 2025.
The Bundesliga club announced this on Friday evening. The transfer fee should be around three million euros.
“It is no secret that we have been dealing with Jurgen for a long time,” said Sport Director Fredi Bobic: “We are pleased that we have now found a solution that is good for everyone. Jurgen will give our offensive game new impulses with his talent give.”
The 21-year-old Ekkelenkamp, who played a total of 25 games in the Eredivisie for the Dutch record champions, is the third new signing after striker Ishak Belfodil (TSG Hoffenheim) and goalkeeper Oliver Christensen (Odense BK).
