The second Bundesliga matchday will take place at the weekend. We’ll show you how many spectators are admitted to the nine games.

Finally the Bundesliga again! Last weekend the 1st matchday of the 2021/22 season took place – with pictures that had not been seen for a long time.

For the first time in almost a year and a half, significant numbers of viewers were allowed in the premier league venues. That made everyone involved very happy and enthusiastic – there was sometimes a goose bump atmosphere.

Due to the ongoing corona pandemic, however, the capacity utilization of the stadiums is limited. Up to 25,000 spectators can take part in a game, but no more than half of the total capacity. From an incidence that is stable above 35, however, further restrictions apply.

In many stadiums, however, not all seats were occupied last weekend. There is an unusual reluctance among fans to buy tickets.

How is the situation in the individual stadiums this coming weekend? We’ll show you in the next section.
