Coach Marco Rose is third in the Bundesliga with BVB.

Borussia Dortmund today welcomes second division club SC Paderborn to a test match. In this article, we explain to you how you can follow the game live on TV and livestream.

BVB vs. SC Paderborn: The most important information about today’s test match

Bundesliga operations will not resume until October 15th due to the international break. Borussia Dortmund will start again one day later, on October 16, with the game against FSV Mainz 05. However, before the 8th matchday is approaching, the Bundesliga clubs still have around a week to prepare for it and stay in shape with friendly matches.

BVB will therefore play a friendly against SC Paderborn on Thursday, October 7th. The third division of the Bundesliga is playing against the third division of the 2. Bundesliga.

The encounter starts at 4 p.m. The game is played on the training ground in Brackel (Dortmund). Up to 500 spectators can attend the match.

Since many Dortmunders are on the road with their national teams and some regulars are injured (including Gregor Kobel, Raphael Guerreiro, Mahmoud Dahoud, Giovanni Reyna, Erling Haaland and, most recently, Yousouffa Moukoko), coach Marco Rose only has a strongly decimated squad available today.

BVB vs. SC Paderborn: Test match live on TV and live stream today

Today you have several options to watch the test match between BVB and SC Paderborn live and in full. On the one hand, the game will be streamed on BVB TV. However, the stream can only be accessed with a valid BVB TV subscription. The subscription costs 1.99 euros per month and can be canceled on a monthly basis.

On the other hand, you can also follow the duel live on Borussia Dortmund’s YouTube channel. For the broadcast on YouTube, however, you don’t need a subscription and therefore don’t have to pay anything. It starts at 3:55 p.m.

In addition, BVB against Paderborn is also shown on Twitch on the “bvb-official” channel.

Bundesliga: The table after the 7th matchday

For BVB, the season is going according to plan, at least in terms of the results. In the league, the reigning DFB Cup winner is in third place after seven match days. Just one point is missing on Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen. In the Champions League, the black and yellow also won both group games.

Only the number of goals conceded can be criticized. With Hertha BSC, VfL Bochum and Greuther Fürth, only three teams had to reach behind them more often than BVB.
