Before 1. FC Köln and Hertha BSC complete the first matchday of the Bundesliga 2021/22 on Sunday, August 15th from 5.30 p.m., FSV Mainz 05 and RB Leipzig will face each other.

The match will kick off at 3.30 p.m. and take place in the MEWA Arena in Mainz. 13,000 spectators are there.

If you don’t make your way to the stadium, you will be able to watch Mainz versus Leipzig live on TV and live stream – but not at Sky. For this season, the pay TV broadcaster no longer has the rights to broadcast all games on Sunday.

For this reason alone, a subscription should be worthwhile.

But beyond that, DAZN also has a lot of live sports to offer – namely US sports such as the NBA, NFL, NHL and MLB, then also tennis, motor sports, handball, boxing, darts, rugby or MMA.

This season, the streaming service DAZN shows the highlights of the Friday games and the Saturday games of the Bundesliga (starting at 3:30 p.m.) in a linear highlight show. This runs every hour on the Bundesliga Saturday from 5.30 p.m. in a continuous loop. From 8.30 p.m. you will also see the highlights of the top game on Saturday evening in the highlights show.
