The signs of a transfer of Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan to the English Champions League winners Chelsea are growing. However, there is increasing resistance in the club and among the fans.
As SPOX and goal learned, the 28-year-old is open to a second engagement at Stamford Bridge if both clubs come to an agreement. According to the Gazzetta dello Sport the Belgian international announced his wish to return to the island.
Chelsea want to pay Inter a transfer fee of 105 million euros for the 28-year-old. In addition, the club of the German team manager Thomas Tuchel allegedly offers left-back Marcos Alonso as an additional bonus.
After the Italians rejected a € 100 million offer to blues, Chelsea is preparing, according to information from SPOX and goal currently another offer – this time between 120 and 130 million euros.
