Party with consequences: Wayne Rooney turned on the police after a party that got a little out of hand. According to media reports, the coach of the second division Derby County defends himself against lewd photos that female guests shared on the net.

It shows Rooney sleeping in a hotel room with a scantily clad lady. The three 21-year-olds are said to have taken and shared the photos without the consent of the former international. Rooney had previously invited the women to the VIP area on Saturday in a club in Manchester after a 2-1 defeat in the preparatory game against fourth division Salford.

“I think he should have a few questions to answer at home,” the tabloid Sun quoted a “friend” Rooney, who is said to have been involved in the party. Rooney (35) has been married to his Coleen since 2008. The couple have four sons.
