Dortmund is apparently considering the transfer of Marcel Halstenberg after Delaney's departure

Borussia Dortmund is apparently considering a transfer from Marcel Halstenberg. A move from Roman Bürki to Atletico Madrid is probably off the table. In addition: The BVB fans prevent the design of Dortmund’s new third jersey. You can find all the news and rumors about BVB here.

Here are the news and rumors about BVB from the previous day.

BVB, rumor: Halstenberg is an issue again after Delaney’s departure

Borussia Dortmund was interested in Marcel Halstenberg from RB Leipzig in this transfer window. A few days ago, it looked as if the deal was not going to work out. As the image-The newspaper now reports, this could change, however. Accordingly, there is a chance that the German international will switch to BVB before the end of the month.

The prerequisite for this, however, would be a different transfer: Halstenberg could only come from Leipzig if Thomas Delaney goes to Seville and the black-yellows receive a decent transfer fee. At BVB, Nico Schulz is also a candidate for change, but there are no interested parties for the full-back so far.

Halstenberg has played for Dortmund in the past: Between 2011 and 2013 he played for Borussia’s second team.

BVB, rumor: Bürki change to top club apparently off the table

Roman Bürki lost his number one status at Borussia Dortmund last season. The Swiss should leave BVB this summer. However, the black and yellow continue to search in vain for a buyer for the 30-year-old. Another option is now off the table.

According to Sky sports Atletico Madrid was interested in the nine-time Swiss national player. However, the Spanish champions have found a new number two after the departure of Ivo Grbic in the direction of Lille. Benjamin Lecomte is on loan from AS Monaco to the Madrilenians. Because of this, the advertising for Bürki has probably finally been done.

The French champions OSC Lille, Olympique Marseille, AS Monaco and Serie A champion Inter Milan have also been associated with Bürki. Gradually, however, the clubs made use of other things.

Due to the commitment of compatriot Gregor Kobel from VfB Stuttgart and the contract extension with Marwin Hitz, Bürki slipped to third place in the pecking order of BVB goalkeepers this summer.

BVB, News: Fans prevent Dortmund’s jersey design

A few days ago, the sporting goods giant Puma presented its new jersey collection. The supplier presented the alternate or cup jerseys of numerous top clubs in a new design. Among others, the new jerseys from Manchester City, Olympique Marseille, AC Milan, PSV Eindhoven, Borussia Mönchengladbach and other well-known clubs were there.

The new BVB jersey should actually have been presented. But the Dortmund jersey was missing from the presentation. But why? The reason is apparently the resistance of their own fans. In spring, when the first pictures of the new jersey were leaked, they vehemently spoke out against the design and triggered a real shit storm.

The stumbling block was, among other things, that on one side the sponsor’s lettering was printed in oversize on the front, but on the other side the club crest did not appear on the jersey at all.

BVB took note of the complaints and addressed its followers via Twitter with the following words: “Dear BVB fans, Your criticism of the cup jersey for the new season has been received. The leaked jersey doesn’t look what it will look like. Have so a little patience. “

This patience will apparently be put to the test until September, when the new black and yellow jersey by Puma will be presented.
